Shipping & Returns
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery Times
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the world: 7–14 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method. We offer free shipping on orders above €75,- a certain threshold — check the checkout for current promotions.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
How to Return
- Contact us at info@evami.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you a return label and instructions.
- Pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.
